  • Memberships and digital offers may be paid, recurring, promotional, or event-based, and billing is processed through Stripe.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thriving Mom Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

These terms apply to visitors, account holders, members, webinar registrants, customers, and anyone else who accesses or interacts with Thriving Mom Club.

Description of Services

Thriving Mom Club is a coaching and community business created to support mothers through educational content, connection, structure, and encouragement. Services may include:

  • Public-facing website content and brand information.
  • Free resources, lead magnets, newsletters, and webinar registrations.
  • Paid memberships or subscriptions that provide access to member-only resources.
  • Private community features, comments, member discussions, and check-ins.
  • Digital resources such as videos, guides, journal prompts, recordings, and educational tools.
  • Live or recorded coaching, future virtual events, and other community programming.

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue all or part of the services at any time.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid services or create a member account.

When you create or use an account

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account access with others.
  • Use your account only for lawful purposes and your own personal use.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Memberships, Billing, and Subscriptions

Certain Thriving Mom Club offerings require payment, including memberships and other paid digital or event-based experiences we may offer from time to time.

Membership access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, such as monthly or annual billing, and may include promotional pricing, bonuses, or limited time offers. Specific details presented at checkout or on the applicable sales page are incorporated into these terms.

Your membership or purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the included services during the applicable access period, subject to these terms.

Payment Terms, Cancellations, and Renewals

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we designate. By purchasing a paid offer, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any taxes or fees that apply.

  • Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, fees are generally non-refundable because access to digital resources and community features is made available immediately.
  • If you cancel a recurring membership, your access typically continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless a different term is stated at checkout.
  • We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively by giving notice before a renewal where required.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access if payment fails, is disputed, or appears fraudulent.

You may also stop using the services at any time. Termination or cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
